This Chocolate Mint Milkshake recipe is a cool, creamy combination of ice cream, coffee, mint, and chocolate topped with whipped cream!
My husband’s favorite flavored coffee drink is a grasshopper or mint condition, so this is the milkshake version of those coffee drinks, and it is so delicious!

Ingredients Needed
- Ice Cream: Mint chocolate chip works the best, but you can add mint extract to vanilla ice cream in a pinch.
- Coffee: Cold coffee adds the mocha flavor, but you can use additional milk if you prefer.
- Chocolate: Add homemade chocolate sauce or store-bought chocolate syrup.
- Milk: We used whole milk to thin the ice cream.
- Toppings: Top the milkshakes with whipped cream and chopped Andes mints.
How To Make A Chocolate Mint Milkshake
Put mint chocolate chip ice cream, cold coffee, chocolate syrup, and milk into the blender and mix until well blended.
Prep your milkshake cups by adding chocolate swirls. Take a bottle of chocolate syrup and drizzle it into a cup or vintage-style green Ball mason jar in a swirling motion.
Pour the chocolate mint milkshake into the mason jars and top them with whipped cream and chopped Andes mints.
