Do you love your Crock Pot as much as I do? If I can put dinner in the slow cooker in the morning, it makes my day so much easier. I recently picked up a pork roast for only 99¢/lb. and wanted to make roasted garlic and herb pulled pork sandwiches for dinner. The recipe couldn’t be easier because it only uses 3 ingredients and you let the Crock Pot do all the work!
I put the pork roast in my Crock Pot and seasoned all sides of the roast. I used McCormick Roasted Garlic & Herb Grill Mates because my family loves it. Then, I poured 1/4 cup of water into the bottom of the slow cooker and set it on high to cook until very tender. It takes about 4 hours on high or 8 on low.
Once the pork was tender, I used 2 forks to pull the pork into shreds, discarding the fat. I turned the Crock Pot down to low and sprinkled on a little more seasoning. I let the meat simmer in the juices until ready to serve. We ate the pulled pork on crusty French baguettes with slices of cheese on top.

I am a HUGE crockpot fanatic. I love the ability to cook while I am gone. We are big fans of the sante fe chicken from Skinny Taste, Beef Stroganoff from Recipe Girl and I also just use it do cook a bunch of chicken breasts for us in other recipes.
