How To Roast Garlic
To roast garlic, you simply bake it in the oven until tender and golden!
Prepare: Remove the excess papery skins from the head of garlic. Then, cut off the top to expose the garlic cloves inside.
Olive Oil: Place the cut garlic in an oven-safe dish and drizzle the olive oil over the top.
