Sparkling Pomegranate Punch is a pretty, family-friendly drink perfect for holiday celebrations and parties from Thanksgiving to Christmas!
Raise your hand if you look forward to pomegranate season every year. My kids would eat them every day if I kept them on hand! This pomegranate lime holiday punch has both pomegranate juice and pomegranate arils. It is sweet, sparkling, and so pretty to serve.
What You’ll Find In This Post
Ingredients Needed
This holiday punch recipe is super easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Juice: 100% Pomegranate Juice – I used Langers, but POM is another popular brand
- Grenadine Syrup: I used Rose’s Grenadine.
- Sweetened Lime Juice or Syrup: I used Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
- Lemon-Lime Soda: I used Sprite, but 7Up works as well.
- Pomegranate Arils: Also known as pomegranate seeds
- Lime Wedges: For garnish.
How to Make Pomegranate Punch
Mix together the pomegranate juice, grenadine, and sweetened lime juice. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how many guests will be served.
For an 8 oz glass, pour about 2 tablespoons of the juice mixture into the glass and fill the rest with lemon-lime soda. Add more or less juice mixture, depending on your preference. Top with a couple of small lime wedges and a spoonful of pomegranate arils.
For a punch bowl, put the pomegranate juice mixture in a punch bowl along with ice cubes, lime wedges, and pomegranate arils. Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda.
Creamy Pomegranate Drink
If you want a creamy pomegranate look and taste that is similar to an Italian soda, stir in a teaspoon or two of half-n-half. Or if you make it in a punch bowl, you can add raspberry sherbet!
