Everyone needs a cool, creamy dip recipe that they can whip up in a couple of minutes! You can enjoy it at a weeknight dinner or backyard barbecue.
I made this simple, seasoned sour cream dip to enjoy with our spicy chicken nuggets, and now I want to use it with everything! It’s delicious with French fries, chips, cut veggies, and chicken pitas.
Seasoned Sour Cream Ingredients
- Sour Cream – we use full-fat sour cream
- Lime Juice – or use lemon juice
- Garlic Powder – can also use minced garlic
- Onion Powder – or use finely minced onion
- Dried Parsley – or use fresh chopped parsley
- Paprika – can also add cayenne for some heat
- Salt – more or less to taste
How To Make Seasoned Sour Cream
- Put all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir well until combined.
- Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to combine.
- Stir again before serving.
Storage
- Make Ahead: This seasoned sour cream should be made ahead of time for the best flavor!
- Refrigerator: Cover the bowl or transfer the dip to an airtight container and store it in the fridge
- Freezer: We do not recommend freezing sour cream dip.
